Overview

Tower, an Israeli specialty foundry, runs one of Orange County’s only chip fabs. It acquired the site with Jazz Semiconductor in 2008, and the fab makes silicon-germanium, RF and photonics chips for other companies. Tower extended its lease from 2027 to 2030.
